Jack-in-the-Box

These are some doodle (above) of Jack-in-the-Box while related to one of my story that I am making for my animation. This doodles were inspired by clowns and jack-in-the-box google images below.

I was inspired to :-

• use a colourful colour scheme
• wearing a hat
• red nose
• wide smile
• add some illustration (simple shapes) on the box.

This is the outcome. I used collage techniques. To create that tone of colour, I used charcoal and pencil for shading then I used coloured pencils to colour them in. 

I used a dark colour tone to make the illustration suits with the theme which is dark as that is the feeling that I received when I read the story.
